Does permenant blue hair dye exist? is so, where can i buy it?

Like, what sites have any good blue colors?

I want do dye my hair white and add electric blue or just blue chunks to it

permanent does not exist, only semi-permanent. my advice would be not to use manic panic because their stuff does not last at all. try special effects.

yes they do have blue! you can go to a beauty supply store and purchase it. look for a beauty store in your area. like sallys for example if they have it in your area.

i also saw this girl with blue hair.. but her top was black and all on the bottom of her hair was bright blue.

Your local hairdresser can do this for you, but it will cost more than doing it yourself(obviously!)

I don't have any sites in particular but I've seen it done.

You'll have to re-dye it often, though, because the blue tends to fade and go gray-ish.

my brother died his hair permanately bright blue and it faded to gray and had to wait for his roots to grow out and get a buz cut (his hair was down to his shoulders.)

I have never seen any actual permanent hair dye, but I have seen some semi or demi-permanent blue dyes at Hot Topic, Sally's Hair, and even at Walmart - They have a shade of black called "midnight black" that turns out a blue. That is permenent, if I remember right.
