what did you mix the dye with?if it was a liquid then it should be hydrogen perioxide,so now what you do is use only the peroxide to remove the stain try getting a higher volume of it,by this i mean for your hair you would be useing 20 vol,but to remove the stain try 30vol you can get it at the chemist.go slowly with it ,it may take some time but will work.
