it's totally normal it's the down feathers that haven't being picked off or burnt off when the chicken was killed these are fine feathers that do look like hairs.nothing to worry about

The are probably the remnants of pin feathers....they are small feathers often missed by the pluckers.

They didnt pluck real well, usually when you broil or fry they will go away. THe heat gets em, bakig wont do it
