As a Muslim myself, my dad uses Just for Men to keep his hair brown and he is religious. The only color you cannot dye is black because our Prophet Mohammad said so based on reason I really don't know. Make up is also allowed for ladies only, and only ladies can wear gold. Men are allowed to wear silver, but not gold.

As for make up and hair dye- I am not a muslim, so don't know the 'rules', but I know that a lot of turkish(muslim) friends of mine have used these in the past without problems.
