Unfortunately Virgin Snow is so much of a specialty item that its only avaliable online. If you do manage to find it tho please share :).

Try asking your local beauty supply store if they will special order it in for you. Worth a shot. I know Sally's sells their dyes so they might order it for you if you request it.
