Is it true that i can go to a hair styling school and get it colored and stuff for free? I want white blonde hair so would this be a good idea? If that is true can someone help me find one in or very near Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

First of all I would never ever go to a beauty school for bleaching hair, bleach is a very very strong chemical and these girls can ruin your hair if they aren't trained properly! Next you still usually have to pay but it is much less, unless you know someone (family or friend) who will let you be her guinea pig!

Well, if you go to a beauty school you will get a very good price, but keep in mind these are students, just ask for a senior student and you should be OK. OR you could go to a Regular Salon?Even Beauty Schools charge, Good Luck.

no you cant get it free,,,but its at reduced rates compared to salons....If you hair is short,,,I would take the chance,,otherwise i would go to a professional....to make hair blonde bonde,,you really have to damage it,,,and im sure you dont want it to turn out ORANGE...also I have seen Chemical cuts in school...meaning it chemicallly fries your hair off.
