I knew someone who was 16 and had "highlights" of white hair. You cant do anything about it. Maybe its hereditary ? You could consider coloring it. Thats really the only way you're going to "get rid" of it.

As far as I know, there is no other explanation for gray hair other than genetics, and possibly stress. Because you are so young to be going gray, especially at 15, I would say go ahead and color your hair. Highlighting it will help blend in the gray as it grows in. If your skin tone is not too dark, you could get away with a nice blonde color, but be picky about which blonde color! Too blonde, and your complexion might looked washed out.

I am 30, and have darkish blonde hair. I have had a completely white streak running down the back of my hair ever since I can remember. I have dyed my hair every color in the book, and that friggin streak will NOT turn ANY of those colors. The hairdressers say that the pigment is gone and it will not take color...so hopefully yours will if you're going to try and dye it. I love white hair by the way!! Who cares how old you are...people all over are paying hundreds of dollars to get their hair that color...look at Christina Aguliera!
