um..ya, my friend is getting a lot of white hairs and she's only a teen. Is there a way of stopping the growth of white hairs without dying it? (like, taking a specific vitamin or mineral or something like dat?) thanks guys

No. If she has white hair, it's likely genetic. She should probably get checked out by her doctor anyway just to make sure everything is running smoothly. Are you sure they aren't just blonde hairs? My hair is naturally medium brown and I get a lot of hair that are just blonde.
