Do you have virgin hair, meaning that you have never dyed it before? If you have then that will be a very long, and painful experience because bleach can kill your scalp.

So anyways, if your hair is virgin, then you just buy bleach and a ton of activator packets. This is THE best bleach I have ever used.

Get like 6 activator packets, so that it will bleach really fast so you don't have to feel as much pain. Leave in till it's white. Tone with a protein filler, the platinum color, which will tone your hair from yellow to a cool white blonde. I would recommend doing this twice. http://sallybeauty.com/on/demandware.sto...

that really does ruin your hair badly... from dark brown to white is not nice. the percentage of peroxide used in the hair to make it that white, actually burns your hair leaving it dry and dull. plus when your roots come through you would have to get it done reguallary, my advice is not to do white.

bleaching your hair at home is such a pain. Your hair will feel all dry and it probably wont come out the right color so i would just go to a hair place.

you can go to a salon and bleach it or sometimes you can buy a dye called neutral(I'm not sure if that's how its spelled) and it will strip the colour right out

Um... well i really don't think you should go all bleach blonde. Maybe just dye the tips bleach blonde? Or dye your hair a natural colour.

You are going to have a really hard time getting to white, platinum. With dark hair you are going to lift to a bright orange, which you would have to lift again and counteracting it with that lifting again with using Ash. By this time your hair is going to be so damaged. I don't recommend it.

all you gotta do is get a dye that will strip the colour from your hair,

then it will go orange or yellow blonde, leave it for a few days and then get the white blonde colour you want and put it in and there ya go!

no need to pay 180 bucks to get it done

take it from me,

if you just use lots of leave in conditioner you'll be good as new in no time!!!

If you get some 30 volume peroxide and powder bleach and mix it together as a paste put on your hair and watch it change to the color you want then shampoo out with a mild shampoo

Why would u want to go from having a nice hair color to no color come on white is a little extreme. Well I guess every one has their taste. Whatever u do dont do it ur self cause it will come out orange, go to a salon and get it done. And use alot of treatment after cause that is going to cause alot of damage to ur hair.

Make sure you get it done professionally and invest in a really good blonde toner (violet coloured shampoo) Dont even consider doing it yourself, you will end up with orange hair!

To keep your hair in good condition use protein rich products like Joico K-PAK and consider gradually lightening your hair. Start with half head foils then a month later get more foils and so on. This will give your hair a chance to recover so it doesn't feel and look like straw.
